THE INOCENȚI FOUNDATION – ROMANIAN CHILDREN’S RELIEF
Founded over 30 years ago, Fundația Inocenți – Romanian Children’s Relief supports hospitalised children and their families through psychosocial and emotional care programs delivered by trained Child Life specialists.
Our Child Life Program provides emotional support, therapeutic play, and preparation for medical procedures in three main locations across Romania – Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, and Bistrița. The program helps reduce anxiety, fosters resilience, and improves communication between children, families, and medical staff, reaching over 1,800 children annually.
The organisation’s work is guided by empathy, dignity, and respect for every child’s right to emotional safety during medical care.
We work conscientiously and transparently. We report every action to donors and the media during every campaign.
